The 2012 Apple Worldwide Developers Conference presented what the company refers to as QUOTE "the best computer we have ever built." So what exactly does this newest generation of the MacBookPro or include? According to the announcement at WWDC, the new mac book pro was meant to have a killer new display and it seems as though most people think that it does. At .71 inches THIN, it is the lightest pro notebook Apple has ever made. The retina display is 2800 by 1800 and features the highest resolution notebook display and the best quality display in the company's history. The screen has -- get this -- 5184000 pixels. Not only that, the pro notebook has a VERY impressive 7 hours of battery life, and for the first time ever the pro has an HDMI port! The pro is available for shipping TODAY and the price starts at 2199 dollars. The new OS is free if you get the new macbook. The other top announcement was that Apple will allow you to unify your phone number and Apple ID -- so if someone calls your iphone you can pick up on your ipad -- talk about wild news, especially for all of the carriers out there.
