How to – Enable Multitasking On iPhone 3G/iPod touch 2G on 4.2.1

Hey guys, it's Alex of Tutorialso and today, I'll be performing a hands-on tutorial stepping you guys through the steps on how to successfully configure multitasking on older devices so app switcher won't crash and respring into Safe Mode. Usually you guys see me behind the computer but today I'm trying something a little different using my iPhone 3G to walk you guys through this video. As you guys may know, a while back Apple added a security patch with the official iOS 4.2.1 update, preventing multitasking from working properly on older iDevice models. In this video, I'll step you guys through simple (and I mean simple) coding on how to tweak your device into running app switcher with full functionality. Enjoy the video! NOTE: If you are viewing this video on an iDevice, please enable Portrait Orientation Lock or turn device upside down for correct viewing experience. Sorry about that guys.
