Introducing Noteprise -- Evernote for the enterprise. Noteprise bridges the gap between Evernote and Salesforce (and other 3rd party enterprise platforms). It lets you choose an entity and the associated attribute in your Salesforce CRM system and then let's you associate an Evernote note for one or more of those records. For example, if you prepared an Evernote note for all sales opportunities to be closed this week, you can select those opportunities from a list and then use Noteprise to update the description of all those opportunities in a few clicks - voila! What's more, Noteprise allows you to search for your existing notes by notebook, tag or keyword. It also lets you create new notes and delete your existing notes without having to use the Evernote mobile app. The best part -- Noteprise is all about flexibility. You choose which entity (object in Salesforce terminology) and which attribute (referred to as field in Salesforce terminology) do you want to associate your note with. Once you do that, simply select the note and one or more records from the listing and let Noteprise do the rest for you. Noteprise works on both the iPhone and the iPad and it will soon be available as a free download from the Apple App Store. The next release of Noteprise scheduled for July would have advanced features such as ability to attach photos from Evernote into Salesforce entities as attachments, tag your Evernote notes and even edit your existing notes.
