The app our group is developing is called Cite Master for iPhone which allows the user to scan the ISBN of books and retrieve the book information from the Internet. Then with those information the users can generate citations and email the formatted citations to themselves or just save them on the phone for future references. Also users have the options to store the citations on RefWorks if they have an active account. Most of the features are implement including the scanning and RefWorks just that I recorded the video on my computer with the simulator those features will be in my next video with an actual iPhone. Our app is still being developed and I uploaded this video mainly for testing purposes. Sorry for all the mistakes I made in the video. A better version of the video that much demonstrate some of the key features such as scanning books and use RefWorks will be uploaded sometime next week. |
