Along the cliffs near The Art Hand on The Copper Coast near Bunmahon. A lucky little clip taken on my iPhone. The Art Hand is located at the heart of Waterford's Copper Coast between Bunmahon and Annestown in an area of outstanding natural beauty with its spectacular cliffs and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The area is designated by UNESCO as a geopark; a place of great geological significance. In the 18th century the area had a booming copper mining industry the remnants of which can be seen close by at the old Tankardstown Engine House. |
