I've had a terrible day with Apple Technical Support. They cannot restore lost data without trying to get support from a team within Apple that nobody can speak to "apparently" They instructed me to delete my entire calendar content from my IPad, iPhone and Mac and then restore from my Apple TimeCapsule. Then they realised that since moving me from MobileMe to iCloud, the backup no longer went to the TimeCapsule. So they say they have lost my data. I have now to wait up to several days (time unknown) before they can tell me whether they can recover it or not. |
