This case is designed for the GSM (AT&T) versions of the iPhone 4 and 4s. However, I tested it out on my iPhone 4 CDMA (Verizon) version and it worked out ok. By that I mean, it flashed at random when I made and received a call as well as a text. The one thing I did notice in using this case on my CDMA iPhone is that the fit wasn't as precise. It is do-able but it isn't as good as it could be had it been designed for my version of the iPhone. Even still, i enjoyed it and I am happy to be able to giveaway THREE of these awesome cases.
