People on Twitter are so confused by Russia’s attempt to debunk ‘fake news’

Russia certainly keeps its promises. 

After facing accusations that Donald Trump's campaign team was in touch with Russian intelligence agents last year, Maria Zakharova, a spokeswoman for Russia's Foreign Ministry, announced it would start a new section exposing "fake news".
